    Meeting organizing steps:

    1. Google Meet meeting with open link and sharing options
    2. Email invitations
    3. Whatsapp and FB event
    4. Sharing Powerpoint, 1 day or few hours before with a gentle reminder, also asking for agenda, using CRM
    5. Recording the meeting, if possible Youtube /FB Live from OBS
