About Us:
NRB Professionals for Reform (NRBP) is a global community of Bangladeshi professionals committed to driving positive change through collaboration, policy advocacy, and thought leadership. We focus on education, governance, technology, diaspora engagement, and national development.

We are now looking for a proactive and organized individual based in Bangladesh who can virtually coordinate our activities and support our mission on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Communication & Coordination

• Manage our email inboxes and schedule meetings across global time zones
• Draft and distribute newsletters and updates
• Communicate regularly with coordinators and focus groups
• Organizing regular and demand-based virtual Training/Events through the set platform/s.

Website & Social Media Management

• Update content on our WordPress/Google Sites-based platform
• Publish posts and manage engagement on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Assist in community growth and member registration follow-ups

Project and Admin Coordination

• Maintain Google Drive folders, project documents, and reports
• Assist in executing scheduled activities (e.g., monthly meetings, webinars)
• Track task completion and update volunteer rosters

Content & Reporting

• Prepare summary reports of meetings and events
• Draft content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or University student) in any discipline – preference for IT, Communication, Business, or English
• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla (written and spoken)
• Expertise in virtual event organizing capability is a must
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Facebook/YouTube page management, Zoom
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented
• Experience in virtual team coordination is a plus
